Taq DNA Polymease is expressed and purified from an E. coli strain which carries the Taq DNA Polymerase gene from Thermus aquaticus.
Composition
Storage Buffer: 20 mM Tris-HCl, ph8.0, 0.1 EDTA, 1 mM DTT, 1.0% Triton X-100, 50% Glycerol.
10X PCR Buffer: 150 mM Tris-HCl, pH8.75 at 25ºC, 500 mM KCl, 20 mM MgCl2, 1.0% Triton X-100. The following compositions are available alternatives:
MgCl2 separate
Pre-mixed with MgSO4
